Around here, not all of the neighbors wait for an invitation.
Something in the garbage smelled too good to pass up, and one of our local residents decided to investigate.
He made his way across the driveway, sat down and looked around as if he were making sure the coast was clear. Then up went the lid.
A snack. Another look around.
And one last dive for good measure.
Just another night above the fog.
